医疗设备 / Medical Facilities
嘉年华诊所将设置在营地内，并提供24 小时服务。嘉年华诊所只提供普通急救护理，如有需要，我们会把病患转送至专业诊所或医院以寻求专业治疗。
A Carnival Clinic will be established within the camp and staffed to provide 24-hour service. The Carnival Clinic offers basic first-aid care only. Should further professional medical treatment be required, patients will be referred to an appropriate clinic or hospital.
临时急救中心 / Temporary First-Aid Stations
我们会在每个活动点的100 米范围内设置一个临时急救中心。任何参加活动的童军如果受伤或感觉不适必须立刻向服务员报告，并由服务员带到临时急救中心寻求治疗。
Temporary first-aid stations will be set up within 100 meters of each activity area. Any participating scout who is injured or feeling unwell must immediately report to a staff member, who will escort them to the nearest first-aid station for evaluation and care.
送医流程 / Medical Referral Procedures
经医护组评估后，视病情决定是否送医或留观，轻症个案集中休息于嘉年华医院或送至附近诊所就诊，重症个案或诊所休诊期间送至医院急诊。
After assessment by the medical team, a determination will be made whether the individual should remain under observation or be transferred for further treatment. Mild cases will receive rest at the Carnival medical center or be taken to a nearby clinic. More serious cases, or those that arise when the clinic is closed, will be transported to a hospital’s emergency department.
